Lip Sync problem with DVD Video Files-Need Advice

hi,

i am from Singapore. Recently bought the AP-200, but encountered a problem as below:

when playing DVD video file with 2 audio channels, when switch to the audio 2 from audio 1 while playback, the video and audio will be out of sync. same when switch back to audio 1. the only to correct this problem is to stop and play the file again.

can any users here help to check is this normal or i got a faulty set?
